Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Aluminum Frame Assembly Specialist to join our team at REGAL ALUMINUM WINDOWS & DOORS INC. This role involves the meticulous assembly of aluminum windows, ensuring quality and precision in every product.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inspect manufactured products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Document findings on product inspections accurately.
  • Utilize hand tools to sand, trim, grind, or clean products to achieve final form.
  • Assemble components by screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, or welding.
  • Cut, shape, and fit materials to create parts and components.
Materials Used
  • Fibreglass
  • Metal
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Word is preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding role.
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are essential.
  • Comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
