- Provide coaching and feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Inventory Management and Cost Control
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our standards.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Language
- Fluent in English
