Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of reactive and planned maintenance schedules, focusing on production equipment and documentation.
  • Lead and manage a team of 7 personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with business operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in HVAC, Mechanical equipment, or PLCs.
  • Supervisory or management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
