Job Title: Oracle SCM Cloud Lead Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud applications to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a functional consultant, you will primarily work on Oracle SCM Cloud modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud. Your responsibilities will include participating in solution discussions with clients, driving process workshops, managing and controlling technical development, deployment, SIT/UAT defects resolution, and production incident support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in solution discussions with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Drive process workshops to identify and document business requirements.
  • Manage and control technical development, deployment, SIT/UAT defects resolution, and production incident support.
  • Interact with client's business SMEs, process consultants, and IT teams from other modules to understand and analyze requirements.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario / Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Candidate needs to have prior experience in leading any one of the following areas - Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Planning Cloud, or Product Data Management Cloud.
  • Experience in at least 2 full-fledged implementations of Oracle cloud applications.
  • Experience in requirements gathering and coming up with solution design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business, and management teams.
  • Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
  • Hands-on experience on analysis & configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs, and reports.
  • Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
  • Experience on Data Migration will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in production support is nice to have.
  • Experience managing a team size of 5+ resources is nice to have.
  • Work collaboratively with offshore teams to build solutions and execute business scenarios.
  • Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
