Job Title: Spa Manager

Lam Nail Salons Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of spa professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and inventory, ensuring that the spa operates within budget and that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment:

The Spa Manager will work in a fast-paced spa environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
