About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at St. Soldier Farms Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops and livestock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement crop growth and development strategies, considering factors such as water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Cultivate crops on our vertical farming system and ensure their quality and yield.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
  • Maintain quality control and production records.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate.
