Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Beaver Transportation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispatch team, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow
  • Organize and coordinate the work of dispatch team members to achieve goals and objectives
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a transportation or logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
