About the Role:

The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.

  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.

  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
