Interior Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Contracted Services to lead the development, operation, and direction of Contracted Services for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement, management, and termination of contracts valued at $400M, as well as providing quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the procurement, management, and termination of contracts
- Provide leadership and supervision to Contracted Services staff
- Collaborate with external contractors, funders, and business partners to ensure best practices and alignment with IH's mission, goals, and objectives
- Represent IH at provincial and national levels on procurement and contracting issues
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and maintain a healthy and safe work environment
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, leadership, and strategic planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions that align with IH's values and goals.
What We Offer
Interior Health Authority offers a competitive salary range of $116,591 to $167,600, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical services, dental coverage, and a municipal pension plan.
