Job Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, operationalization, and troubleshooting of endpoint protection solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
- Act as a subject matter expert, working closely with product and engineering teams to maximize product benefits for customers and partners.
- Develop and implement innovative use cases to expand product adoption and drive business growth.
- Provide technical assistance to customers on Python-based endpoint scripts, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills (Deployment, Integration, Implementation)
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Endpoint Security, EDR / XDR, or similar roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR or Next Gen AV tools like Carbon Black, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, Crowd Strike, or Cisco AMP, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager, with a strong background in incident response and threat hunting.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure) and use cases, with the ability to design and implement secure cloud-based solutions.
- Networking experience in TCP/IP, OSI Model, troubleshooting, and analysis, with a solid understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in cybersecurity, with the ability to design and implement predictive analytics and threat detection systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and IT products, processes, and ecosystem, with a deep understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
- Basic Linux system administration & troubleshooting experience, with the ability to design and implement secure Linux-based solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or PowerShell, with a strong background in scripting and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Electronics & Communications Engineering or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer science and engineering principles.
- AWS/Azure/GCP certifications would be an added advantage, demonstrating expertise and commitment to cloud security.
