At IMP Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure flight schedules are met and aircraft are available for service.
  • Evaluate service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and other technical documents to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare quotes for future maintenance activities and participate in scheduled heavy maintenance.
  • Provide AOG support as needed and ensure approved equipment and materials are used.
  • Generate maintenance task cards and support the maintenance production manager with administrative tasks.
  • Travel with aircraft as required and participate in hangar activities such as aircraft movements and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade 12 and completion of a Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Technical training program.
  • Valid AME license category M2 with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Ability to work shifts as needed during major projects.
  • Sound troubleshooting skills and computer skills to interrogate and download information from aircraft and engines.
  • Previous experience in corporate aviation and a valid passport.
