**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Assigned Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Assigned Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling the maintenance activities of assigned aircraft, ensuring they are airworthy and meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Adhere to company procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement maintenance programs that meet the needs of our clients, including OEMs and progressive customers.
  • Prepare and manage annual aircraft maintenance budgets, working closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure approval.
  • Maintain aircraft in airworthy condition, ensuring on-schedule departures and minimizing downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams, reviewing aircraft status and advising management of potential downtime.
  • Control expenditures and maintenance activities on assigned aircraft, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Complete all work order entries in a timely fashion, maintaining accurate records and reports.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • AME license category M2.
  • Previous experience on Challenger 300 aircraft (aircraft endorsement preferred).
  • Successful completion of a TC-approved Aircraft Maintenance Technical training program.
  • At least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule and travel according to aircraft maintenance needs.
