Position Overview

Di Ciocco Farms Incorporated is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Agricultural Laborer. This position involves various tasks essential for the successful cultivation and harvesting of crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Land Preparation: Level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
  • Cultivation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth.
  • Crop Maintenance: Fertilize and spray crops as needed.
  • Harvesting: Efficiently harvest crops and examine products for quality and market readiness.
  • Cleaning: Clean harvested crops to maintain quality standards.
  • Manual Labor: Cut horticultural crops and hand-harvest vegetables.
  • Pruning: Remove suckers and water sprouts manually.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain hand-eye coordination. Candidates should be capable of distinguishing between colors and standing for extended periods. Physical tasks may include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
