Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to join our warehouse team
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting expectations
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, overseeing a team of 3-4 staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
