Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Current Level C CPR certification
- Two years recent medical/surgical experience
- Successful completion of Chemotherapy training within one month of appointment
