- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to new staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
- Operations Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Stock Management: Order stock and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Participate in Community Programs: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, promoting social and labour market integration.
- Assist with Settlement Needs: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and other essential services.
- Facilitate Access to Resources: Facilitate access to community resources, language training, and skills training to support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees.
- Participate in Youth Employment Programs: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, promoting social and labour market integration.
- Offer On-the-Job Training: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Provide Awareness Training: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Participate in Indigenous Support Programs: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, promoting social and labour market integration.
- Provide Cultural Competency Training: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Facilitate Access to Elders: Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
Work Environment: Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
