Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct cross-functional teams to enhance and refine US Treasury trading and risk management frameworks.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules, financial plans, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders, IT departments, and third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into actionable technical guidelines.
  • Monitor regulatory developments in US Treasury markets to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management within the financial sector.
  • In-depth understanding of US Treasury markets, instruments, and trading practices.
  • Knowledge of financial risk management concepts.
  • Proven project management capabilities and PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Competence in project management tools and financial analysis software.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a global financial services organization.
  • Knowledge of fixed income derivatives.
