College of the Rockies is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our IT Services department and ensuring the effective delivery of technology solutions to support our students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the IT Services department and oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure and systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the College's strategic direction and goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and functional areas to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall student experience.
- Supervise and develop a team of IT professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our technology systems and data, and implement cybersecurity standards and controls to protect against threats.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with the Chief Information Officer to ensure alignment with the College's overall IT strategy and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Three to five years of recent experience in IT leadership, with a focus on developing talent and leading high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in Service Management and Project Management.
- Experience implementing cybersecurity standards and controls in an educational context.
- Experience developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Experience working in a Unionized educational environment is considered an asset.
- A competitive salary range of $92,139 to $122,852.
