About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, address customers' complaints or concerns.
Work Environment

As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
