Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of engineering specifications and technical drawings.
  • Engage in urban planning initiatives that promote sustainable development.
  • Create design concepts, sketches, or models for stakeholder review.
  • Involve in general interior design projects.
  • Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for project execution.
Design Methodologies
  • Proficient in drafting techniques.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • Familiarity with 3D graphic design software.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other Microsoft Office applications including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
