- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes and conduct performance evaluations.
This position is set in a fast-paced retail environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the need to handle heavy loads occasionally.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within retail.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, client-focused approach, and excellent oral communication.
- Personal Attributes: Organized, reliable, and a team player with attention to detail.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
