Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Department Supervisor to join our team at Mike & Andreea's NoFrills. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that sales floors are well-organized and visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and easy-to-shop manner.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
