Operations Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Analyst to join our team at Zekelman Industries. As a key member of our division, Atlas Tube, you will play a crucial role in managing internal processes and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Optimize Internal Transfer Processes: Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency.
• Manage and Track Internal Stock Targets: Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and meet business objectives.
• Monitor Production Schedules and Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for optimization, and implement changes to improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production Teams for Continuous Improvement: Work closely with production teams to identify and implement process improvements, and provide training and support as needed.
• Provide Data-Driven Insights to Senior Management: Develop and present reports to senior management to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Requirements:

• Strong Decision-Making and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with production teams, senior management, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Especially Excel: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
• SAP Experience Preferred: Familiarity with SAP software and ability to utilize its features to drive business growth.
• Legally Eligible for Employment in Canada: Ability to work in Canada and meet all necessary employment requirements.
