About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Server to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Dietary Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently ensure food quality, presentation, and service delivery meet established department standards.
  • Follow production sheets to guide food preparation and assist with cost control.
  • Familiarize yourself with the specific needs of each client, including diet restrictions, allergies, and special requests.
  • Assist with the process for checking and receiving of deliveries and inventory control.
  • Participate in the client and employee incident reporting and investigation process as required.
  • Report areas and equipment in need of repair to the maintenance department.
  • Ensure kitchen appearance meets established standards for cleanliness and organization.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong customer service background, with a passion for serving seniors. You will have a Grade 12 or GED, a current and valid First Aid & CPR certificate, and Food Handlers Certification (preferred). You will also have the ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
