Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Associate
As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- General Maintenance: Execute and oversee a range of maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical work, telecommunications, heating, carpentry, and aesthetic enhancements.
- Routine Inspections: Perform regular assessments of premises and equipment, addressing basic repairs and maintenance needs promptly.
- Building Oversight: Evaluate building structures, equipment, and assets, conducting both reactive and preventive maintenance.
- Service Excellence: Carry out tasks with utmost discretion, minimizing disruption and inconvenience for guests and visitors.
- Guest Comfort: Proactively contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of all guests and visitors.
- Proactive Approach: Maintain a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks and requests.
- Contractor Coordination: Manage basic repairs and maintenance while overseeing contractors and external service providers to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Equipment Management: Install, inspect, and troubleshoot various equipment, appliances, and systems as needed.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and replacement of heating, air conditioning, and distribution systems as required.
- Supervision: Liaise with and supervise contractors and external providers to ensure efficient work execution.
- Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records and daily logs of repairs and maintenance activities for assets and equipment.
