About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at 2272958 ONTARIO LTD O/A LONDON DIRECT LIQUIDATION. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical appliances and components, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose faults in electrical appliances and components, and perform repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, advising customers on work performed and the condition of their equipment.
  • Estimating and Reporting: Prepare written estimates of repair costs and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Shop Equipment and Diagnostic Tools: Use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust, and reprogram appliances.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
