About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at INTELBROS INC. as a key member of our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' electrical appliances, providing top-notch repair and maintenance services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose faults in electrical appliances using specialized testing equipment and tools.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical appliances, including replacing faulty components and adjusting or reprogramming devices as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by advising clients on work performed and the condition of their equipment.
  • Plan and optimize service routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Prepare detailed estimates of repair costs and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Dependability, initiative, and a client-focused approach to deliver high-quality results.
Work Environment
  • 37.5 hours per week of work, with a willingness to travel as needed.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
