About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at BMW ROOFING & SIDING 2000 INC. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our roofing and siding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and Dismantle Structures: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Clean and Organize: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with our experienced team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
