We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our Mental Health & Substance Use team in Kelowna, B.C.
This is a casual opportunity, with hours not guaranteed and shifts may be at short notice. However, this role offers a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, treatment, and case management services to individuals with serious mental health problems and/or substance use issues.
- Function as a member of the multi-disciplinary care team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based modalities and therapies.
- Provide urgent response and crisis intervention services as needed.

Requirements- Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
