Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Electrician Helper to join our team at Red Star Homes Ltd. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will assist our electricians in various construction projects, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on construction sites.
  • Perform tasks such as cable pulling, wire stripping, and electrical testing.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor environments.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Participate in site safety inspections and adhere to company safety protocols.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, accurate, and client-focused with efficient interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in an urban area, with relocation costs covered by the employer. The work site environment will include outdoor, heights, underground, and confined spaces. The work setting will be on a construction site.
