Job Title: Clinical Trials Nurse

Pharma Medica Research Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Trials Nurse to join our team in Scarborough. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and successful conduct of clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all investigational products are handled according to GCP guidelines and SOPs.
  • Monitor the health and safety of volunteers throughout the conduct of clinical studies.
  • Work with investigational products, including accountability, repackaging, dispensing, receipts, archiving, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate records of investigational product delivery, inventory, and use.
  • Administer investigational products and concomitant medications as required.
  • Perform health assessments, including medical history, vital signs, and safety follow-up.
  • Communicate with volunteers and address their health concerns.
  • Assist with study procedures, including consent, sample collection, and adverse event reporting.
  • Oversee on-floor clinical activities to ensure compliance with protocol and SOPs.
Requirements:
  • Nurse or Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Minimum intern nurse practice experience.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
