Role Overview

As a Client Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding process onto the Payworks platform. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support tailored to their implementation requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Transition: Lead new clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless integration of their data into Payworks' workforce management solutions.
  • Expectation Management: Maintain high standards of service by effectively managing client expectations throughout the implementation process.
  • Data Setup: Oversee the configuration of client data within the Payworks system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Training Delivery: Provide comprehensive training to new customers, equipping them with the knowledge to utilize our solutions effectively.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client requirements, utilizing strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management techniques to prioritize implementation timelines and deliver results efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various functional areas within Payworks to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in implementing workforce management solutions or similar software.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on needs analysis.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient analytical skills, with experience handling large datasets.
  • Technical problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
