About this role:

Mozilla is seeking a highly skilled Client Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Client Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and engagements to deliver private advertising solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals, data and delivery specifications, and delivery of services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop configuration documents outlining data integration requirements, data flows, and interim and final delivery dates.
  • Oversee data integration processes by managing internal production documentation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients through regular check-ins and status meetings.
  • Develop delivery reports, including in PPT, Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to provide client feedback and insights for continuous product improvement and development.
  • Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for analytics and project management-related inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, with some exposure to or educational background in Data Science, Math, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within digital advertising, analytics, or marketing technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and understanding of digital advertising ecosystem.
