Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Next Power Inc. as a key member of our engineering leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical professionals to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
