We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at POWER HOODS SYSTEMS INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Manage and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering electronic enquiries, responding to phone calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions, and maintain accurate records.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and arrange travel and related itineraries.
- Develop and maintain digital databases to store and retrieve information efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
