Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the animal enclosures and facilities
- Provide daily care and attention to the animals, including feeding, watering, and exercise
- Monitor the health and welfare of the animals and report any concerns to the Animal Centre Manager
- Assist with animal adoptions and provide information to potential adopters
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class N or 5 BC Drivers' License and driver's abstract
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Computer experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
