Our business model of 'Rethink and Reuse', encompassing buying, selling, and recycling, provides communities with a smart way to shop and prevents over 700 million pounds of used goods from ending up in landfills each year. Job Summary
As a member of our management team as a Retail Sales Supervisor, everything you do has a specific purpose that links team efforts to the financial results of your store. Our Sales Supervisors make important decisions that have a direct impact on the success of their store, every day. They also continuously improve and empower their team members.
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you may be responsible for:
- Front-of-store supervisor
- Production supervisor
- Community donations supervisor
