Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial or civil construction, with a focus on asphalt paving techniques and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate roller equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in the distribution of construction materials
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in industrial or civil construction
  • Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and industry best practices
  • Valid driver's license (class 5)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary
  • Basic understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
  • Reliable means of transportation
