Job Title: Welder

Icons Reno INC is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes
  • Determine weldability of materials
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Pressure Welding Certification
Welding Techniques:
  • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
Equipment and Machinery Experience:
  • Soldering Machine
Area of Specialization:
  • Custom Fabrication
  • Structural Construction
  • Cast Iron and Other Metals
  • Fencing, Balconies, Stairs, and Railings
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
