Job Title: Welder

RCX is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment.
Work Environment:

As a Welder at RCX, you will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors and at heights. You will be exposed to dust, noise, and physical demands of the job.
