We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Million Deliveries Inc. Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, and administer benefits programs.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, and team player.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Job Type: Permanent.
