Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Tumbleweed Lounge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and describe menu items, including daily specials.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Support for Guests
    • Assist guests with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • Work Language: English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
