About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at ARC Pharmacy. As a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and Document Patient Information

You will collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals, and document it accurately in the patient's medical record.

Develop and Implement Health Plans

You will help patients develop healthy habits, break old habits, and reshape their approach to wellness by creating personalized health plans tailored to their needs.

Collaborate with Medical Practitioners

You will consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and make informed decisions about their care.

Supervise and Train Staff

You will supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification

You must have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry, and be certified by the College of Family Physicians (CCFP).

Work Experience

You must have at least 3 years of experience in a related field, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical and Mental Demands

You must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, and have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Conditions

You must be able to work a 40-hour week, and be available to work flexible hours as needed.
