Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician, Family to join our team at ARC Pharmacy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and implement personalized health plans to promote healthy habits and prevent illness.
  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in family medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a large caseload
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
