About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Provider to join our team at Adrian Grice. As a Personal Care Provider, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily living needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Companionship: Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor clients' health and safety, and report any concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Work Environment

As a Personal Care Provider, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) occasionally.
