- Documenting incidents through detailed reports.
- Carrying out independent security patrols effectively.
- Maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
- Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.
- Having a minimum of one year of experience in security services.
- Possessing a valid Security Guard License in Ontario.
- Holding First Aid/CPR Level C certification with AED training.
- Demonstrating the ability to thrive in a diverse workplace environment.
