This role is pivotal for those passionate about advancing mobility and energy solutions in the global market. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in crafting grant proposals and incentive applications for our primary client, who is dedicated to providing efficient vehicle electrification solutions directly at logistics hubs, thereby improving convenience and operational efficiency across a vast global warehouse network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist in the creation of comprehensive grant proposals and incentive applications tailored for key markets.
- Collaborate with team members and grant-writing experts to ensure high success rates by aligning suitable projects with appropriate funding opportunities, while considering development timelines.
- Engage closely with colleagues in business development, project management, and engineering to formulate and execute incentive strategies and stakeholder engagement plans for targeted opportunities and initiatives.
- Maintain and update the stakeholder management system throughout the development and operational phases of projects, and provide performance reports against established KPIs.
- Contribute to the evolution of business models and consistently add value to the organization.
- A relevant post-secondary degree accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of related professional experience.
- At least 2 years of combined experience in research, reporting, project management, grant writing, and funding program oversight, either from the client or agency perspective.
- A proven history of securing external funding for initiatives and projects, ideally within the environmental, public health, or energy sectors.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrated through effective management of diverse stakeholder groups.
- A strong affinity for research, writing, and the ability to refine technical narratives produced by others into polished, high-quality documents.
- Knowledge and insight into the ZE-mobility, cleantech, and energy sectors, along with current market trends.
- Familiarity with infrastructure projects funded by incentives.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in document management and collaborative platforms such as MS Office 365, MS Teams, Excel, and SmartSheet.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar software is advantageous.
- A self-motivated and independent work approach.
