- Authorize the return of merchandise and ensure accurate inventory records
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions
- Stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require attention to detail
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Equivalent experience may be considered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 40 hours per week
