Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Wok Box Torbay Road. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Wok Box brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
  • Public Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure press coverage and promote the brand.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute special events, promotions, and activations to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong marketing knowledge, excellent communication and project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
