Role Overview: The Skilled Millwright Technician is tasked with the assembly, maintenance, and refurbishment of pumps, cyclones, valves, HPGR crushers, and various rotating processing machinery. This position requires a commitment to a 14 days on, 14 days off work schedule and may necessitate relocation, with camp accommodations provided by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Function: Assemble, maintain, and refurbish processing equipment, including HPGR, pumps, cyclones, and valves.
  • Core Function: Provide mechanical troubleshooting support to clients in both workshop and field settings.
  • Core Function: Oversee the installation and commissioning of rotating assemblies in the field, including grouting and alignment tasks.
  • Core Function: Collaborate with engineering, management, and other trades to determine effective repair strategies.
  • Safety Commitment: Uphold a strong commitment to our zero harm principles, contributing to a world-class safety culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possession of a Red Seal Millwright certification.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Electrical experience or familiarity with PLC programming is advantageous.
